1.2 In order to get registered in this WEBSITE it is compulsory to accept the terms and conditions. By accepting them, you agree to accept this contract with.

2. CASTING CONDITIONS

2.1 Each cinematographic project will have its own casting.
2.2 Castings will be taken in each of the areas and countries where the WEBSITE is located. It is possible that this list get bigger in the future.

2.3 In order to take part in one of these castings, it is necessary to be registered in the website, Casting section. Users with deleted accounts will not be able to take part neither in the Casting nor in the other WEBSITE activities.
2.4 Location, date and exact place of the casting will be announced in the web site in advance.
2.5 Castings will start when the economics expectations for each project announced in the web page are achieved:

In case of not achieving the expectations in the period of 2 years, castings and cinematic protects will be cancelled. The web page reserves the right to bring forward or to delay the castings.
2.6 Taking part in the casting does not necessarily guarantee a role in the movie. This depends totally on the selection process taken by The Million Movie S.L. staff.
2.7 The way the casting will be done will be announced in the web site.
2.8 The WEBSITE is not responsible for the absence of a registered user in a casting or interview.
2.9 It is compulsory to be 18 or older in order to take part in a casting. In other case, a minor will need to come with a legal guardian.
2.10 The WEBSITE reserves its right to deny certain users who do not accomplish with the characteristics demanded.
2.11 The WEBSITE reserves its right to modify or cancel any point of this contract. We advise the users to check frequently this contract in order to be sure about the present conditions and modifications. 

3. COMPETITION CONDITIONS FOR ACTING IN THE MOVIE.

3.1 Registered users can participate in a competition for winning an acting role in the second cinematic project “the movie”
3.2 In order to win this competition, users will have to get some customers buying frames and inserting the appointed user's code.
3.3 Each frame sponsored by the client will add 10 stars to the user's scoreboard.
3.4 In order to win points, the user will have to publicize himself, offering his user code to people, companies or friends that may find interest advertising in the WEBSITE.
3.6 Competition results will appear in a rank list in the WEBSITE, in the actors section inside the Casting section.
3.7 The prize consists in the selection between the top ten of each country or area (one per area or country) making it possible for the winner to take part in “The Movie”. Selection will be done by the staff of  The Million Movie, S. L according to the need of the script.
3.8 This competition is only available if the economic objective for “the movie” the second film is achieved (10.000.000 €) before 3 years. Achieving this objective means being able to film the movie. In other case, it will not be possible to film the movie and the prize will not be delivered. 
3.9 The WEBSITE reserves its right to delete a competitor without having to compensate him. Any bad behaviour will be enough justification for supressing the member from the competition and the WEB.

4. REGISTER, PASSWORDS, EXTRAS AND SECURITY

4.1 In order to become a user and a participant in The million movie.com you must:

4.2 To register you must give us you public name, age, country, city, e-mail and a secret   password you must remember. Once you are registered you will have an account in The million movie which will be accessible with your e-mail and password. Your account is personal and it cannot be transferred or sold to any person.
4.3 You must ensure that the details you have given us in the register are true, accurate and updated. You can change the details, except for the user name, any time you want by accessing to your profile in the web page.
4.4 You are responsible for keeping your password secret and you are responsible for all the activities you do with it. In case someone else enters your profile with your password, we will not be able to identify this person and we will not be responsible of any damage done by this person. You agree to notify us immediately by e-mail to user@themillionmovie.com any illegal activity in relation with your user account or your password.
4.5 We reserve our right to delete, modify or censor any account.
4.6 Accepting this contract you are allowing us permission sharing some of your information in the web site to promote you as an actor.
4.7. The images, links or any given material to the website site are under your own responsibility.
4.8. Forbidden any material or text with illegal, offensive, or pornographic content..

5. YOUR USE AND OBLIGATIONS IN THE WEB SITE

6.1 We will not accept any responsibilities for any damage in your hardware or for the loss of data. We cannot guarantee that all of our files are totally clean from viruses or contamination.
6.2 In case of any error, we will try to solve it as soon as possible.
6.3 We don't guarantee that the WEBSITE will be working perfectly every time.
6.4 The access to the WEBSITE can be temporally suspended and without the notice in case of technical error, maintenance of the web site or system repairing.
6.5 We will cooperate with the authorities in the application of the law when our collaboration is required in order to prevent or detect a crime or a criminal process. Other circumstances may force us to collaborate with the law giving sharing your information also.
6.6 We are not responsible for the user's content, origin, links or any part of the adverts or user profiles. All the obligations and responsibilities correspond to them.
6.7 We compromise in try our best to shoot the movies and projects announced in the website, but we warn of the possibility that they will never be filmed or ended. In case of cancellation of the web page, competitions, cinematic protects, there will not be any type of compensation.
6.9 Some of the opinions, expressions or texts used in the WEBSITE are possibly not coincidental with the opinion of "The million movie. S. L".
6.10 If a user does not understand any information in the WEBSITE or these terms and conditions it will be his responsibility.
6.11 Not reading or understanding this terms and conditions does nt justifies anybody for not acting correctly according to the terms and conditions.
6.12. The Million Movie it's not responsible for the use of your public information in the website  that other users  make.

7. COPYRIGHT/ COPYRIGHT LICENSE

7.1 Your navigation and register in the web site does not give you the right to use our trademarks, images, scripts or any content of our property.
7.2 You cannot copy, reproduce, publish, download, spread, transmit, register, commerce with any of our services without permission. Including adverts or internal codes programmed in the web page, with the exception for your personal use or for the use of public media that benefits the WEBSITE objectives.

8. FUTURE CHANGES IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Due to our constant update and progress to achieve improvements in the WEBSITE, it is possible that in the future some modifications are made in this terms and conditions. Those users that aren't satisfied with the new terms and conditions will be free to cancel their accounts as registered users by sending us an e-mail to out@themillionmovie.com
